God's Ways in (British) Socialism?

What good policies has the British Labour Party enacted
in which there is absolutely no trace
of Biblical (Judeo-Christian) inspiration?

Despite being vilified by some Americans, British socialism has brought some good things. It arose as a mixture of (Judeo-)Christian and Marxist ideas, and the Methodist and other non-conformist roots in it are very strong. So my hypothesis is that there is likely to be at least some Biblical influence in each thing brought about the British Labour Party.

So, a better question might be two questions:

What is that Biblical influence?

What would have occurred
has that Biblical influence been completely absent?
